Who we are

Klob Apps is the trade name of Ignacio Kloberdanz, Argentina ("we"). Contact: support@klobapps.com. This policy covers the SpecLens app for Confluence Cloud and this website.

What the SpecLens app processes

SpecLens runs entirely on Atlassian's Forge platform. When someone views a page with the SpecLens macro, the app reads the selected attachment of that same page only to display it. SpecLens does not store, copy, log or send your content to us or to anyone else. We have no access to your Confluence site.

Information we receive from Atlassian

When your organization evaluates or buys SpecLens, Atlassian shares license information with us through the Atlassian Marketplace, such as the organization name, site address, license tier and dates, and the name and email of the technical and billing contacts. We use it only to administer licenses, answer billing questions and send essential service notices. The legal basis is the performance of the contract and our legitimate interest in running the service.

Support requests

If you contact support, we process what you send us (name, email, message and any attachments) to answer you. Requests are handled in Jira Service Management, hosted by Atlassian.

This website

This site is static and served by Cloudflare. We set no cookies and use no analytics. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site, under its own privacy policy. Email sent to our support address is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We use these service providers: Atlassian (Marketplace, Forge, Jira Service Management), Cloudflare (website hosting and email forwarding) and Google (email mailbox). They process data in several countries under their own safeguards.

Retention

License information: while the license is active and for up to two years afterwards, for accounting. Support requests: up to three years. You can ask us to delete your data earlier unless we must keep it by law.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing by writing to support@klobapps.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority.

We will publish any change here with a new date.
